The VSL Studio in Tribeca brought together founders and operators for a 36 hour experience grounded in connection, insight, and shared ambition. We opened with a private dinner at The Lobster Club, then reconvened for breakfast and to unpack the founder journeys of Ricky Miller III (Carbonadi Vodka) and Ryan Johnson (Cxmmunity Media) at Wheelhouse NYC.
Cxmmunity Media's work bridges gaming and branded activations at various events, including a landmark collaboration with Rolling Loud.
Carbonadi set out to raise the bar in the vodka category, and Miller explained how the first buyer he landed was Four Seasons North America.

Cartagena
The VSL Retreat in Cartagena brought together a global circle of founders for a three day immersive experience centered on clarity, capital, and long game thinking. We explored the path to building an international hospitality brand with the team behind Casa Mona, discussed timing and intentionality in raising capital with the founder of Renvi, whose jewelry has been featured in GQ, Vogue, and worn by Kylie Jenner and Steph Curry, and dove into the future of passive income through personal AI replication with the founder behind Aphid.
The retreat featured candid discussion, moments of stillness, and a private dinner at Celele where the conversation ran deep and the community grew stronger.

The first VSL in person event took place in Lisbon, and set the tone for what Venture Society Labs would become: a founder first ecosystem built on trust, perspective, and real alignment. Over three days, we hosted intimate sessions including a financial advisor led deep dive into best practices for personal and business capital planning, and founder conversations capped by Jason Crain co-founder of Partpic (acquired by Amazon) and former President of Slutty Vegan who spoke candidly about scaling, exiting, and staying grounded through it all.
Chef curated meals at Machado Estate fueled meaningful connection, and a private dinner at Eleven Lisbon’s first Michelin starred restaurant offered a panoramic view of both the city and the future being shaped by those in the room.
